CES 2011: Oak Trail Windows 7 Tablet Announced by Fujitsu

Like I mentioned in an earlier post tablets seem to be the rage at the moment with manufacturers showing them off at CES 2011 in Las Vegas, and another has been announced, this time a tablet from Fujitsu.

According to an article over on Akihabara News and by way of Fujitsu, the company has now announced their Oak Trail tablet but there is very limited information available on the portable device at the moment.

However apparently the Fujitsu Oak Trail tablet offers something quite unusual, the choice of two operating systems as the device comes packing both Windows 7 and Android although which version of Android isn’t quite clear.

Other details known on the device are its an Atom 760 Oak Trail CPU with two cameras, two 4-cell batteries and 2GB of RAM, other than that nothing else is known about this prototype tablet yet, but as soon as e know more we’ll of course pass it along.
