Mystery Shopper: Corby, Northants

I want a handset for my grandfather; it needs to be loud and have big buttons; any additional features to make his life easier would be excellent. Are these handsets available?

Summary

Three, T-Mobile and O2 stores were all disappointing, as they simply did not cater for the older generation and were unable to offer a suitable handset solution.

Vodafone’s Emporia RL1, demonstrated superbly by Jessica, was narrowly beaten due to an improved handset choice and a comparably strong sales pitch from Justyna at Carphone Warehouse. Both stores would have been worthy winners, however.
