MSI has announced the launch of a new gaming notebook called the GT780R-012US. This very well equipped gaming notebook has some great hardware under its black case. The machine uses an Intel Core i7-2630QM processor and it runs Windows 7 Home Premium. The video card in the machine is a GeForce GTX 560M with 1.5GB of VRAM.
The notebook also uses special software to make things run faster from MSI called TDE Technology. The cool keyboard on the machine is a programmable backlit unit made by SteelSeries. SteelSeries makes a bunch of gaming peripherals for desktop users and this is the first time I have seen one of its keyboards on a notebook.
The machine has premium sound, 1TB of storage in RAID 0, and 16GB of RAM. The notebook also has USB 3.0, HDMI 1.4, 720p webcam, and integrated WiFi with Bluetooth. The notebook is available now for $1,749.99.
