Panasonic Raboo UT-PB1 E-book reader
Panasonic has just announced it’s new E-book reader Raboo UT-PB1 in Japan. The Panasonic Raboo UT-PB1 features a 7 inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels, processing is provided by a dual core processor and it also comes with8GB of built in storage, although only 4.5GB is available for storage. While the Raboo is running Android you will not have access to Google OS directly and will be stuck with Panasonic UI and limited to read XMDF ebboks as well as access to Rakuten E-Book Store but will be also capable to access to some contents available on your Viera TV or directly on your microSDHC Card like H.264, MPEG-4 or WMV movies/videos in Full HD. The Raboo (Rakuten Book) is also compatible with AAC, MP3 and WMA files. The Panasonic Raboo UT-PB1 is Schedule to be launched August 10 in Japan for 34,800 Yen, which works out at around $440.
