Pentax has launched a new mirrorless interchangeable lens camera, the Pentax Q, which the company claims is the world’s smallest and lightest interchangeable lens camera.
The Pentax Q measures 57.5mm tall by 98mm wide by 31mm deep and it weighs in at just 180g for the body only, it features a 12.4 megapixel, 1/2.3 inch CMOS image sensor and it is capable of recording High Definition video in 1080p at 30 frames per second.
Other features on the Pentax Q include a 3 inch LCD display, and it has an ISO range of 125 to 6400, there are also a range of different shooting modes with a wide range of effects including HDR.Pentax has also launched five lenses for the Pentax Q which include a standard prime 8.5mm f/1.9 AL lens, a standard zoom 5-15mm f/2.8-4.5 lens, a fish eye 3.2mm f/5.6 lens, a toy lens wide 6.3mm f/7.1 and a toy lens telephoto 18mm f/8 lens.
