About 2 weeks ago, there have been leaks that came out in the open about Japan being able bag the deal for selling the world’s first Windows Phone 7 Mango through Fujitsu Toshiba. And guess what, this time, everything is now official. It has been announced earlier that the IS12T will be the first mobile phone to be out with the said OS, according to Japan’s Microsoft President Yasuyuki Higuchi. It may give a little feel of the Nokia N9 with the pink color, but its Mango after all.
It is also confirmed that the waterproof phone will have a 3.7-inch WVGA touch screen, with a Qualcomm’s MSM8655 CPU, whose clock speed has been undisclosed yet, which could go by 1GHz minimum, based on specs from other current Windows phones. It also carries a large 13.2 megapixel camera with autofocus. What is more amazing is that it has an internal 32GB of flash storage, a rare treat! KDDI mentions that the new handset may be out sometime September.
