SDK for Android 3.0 Honeycomb: Developers API Must Have

Good news for app developers because the new and final Android 3.0 Honeycomb platform and updated SDK Tools are now available.

The new API has now been pushed up to level 11, if you visit Android developers you will see that the new platform is available and they have released updates to their SDK Tools and ADT Plugin for Eclipse.

So what are the main features then? Well it gives you UI Builder improvements in the ADT Plugin like a new palette with categories and rendering previews, more accurate renderings of layouts, Selection-sensitive action bars to manipulate View properties, Zoom improvements, Improved support for layouts, Traceview integration for easier profiling from ADT and much more.
