A new phone has been added by the Consumer Cellular to its line-up, and just like all the other handset it offers, this is a low-end feature-phone.
Though, the Motorola WX345 makes up for it not being a smartphone or having many features with its pricing, as it’s free (with a $35 activation fee).
However, thanks to Consumer Cellular’s flexible contracts, that ‘free’ do not come tied to the usual requirement that you sign a two-year contract. Motorola WX345 is a flip phone and it has large and easy to use keys, a speakerphone, a camera, an MP3 player, FM radio, Bluetooth, and it comes with hearing aid compatibility.
That gives you an idea of who it’s targeted at: people who use a phone primarily for talking, the elderly perhaps as well.
