Following its apparent cancellation in January, the US version of the Nokia C5 has been submitted to the Bluetooth SIG with a live shot that prominently displays its T-Mobile branding. The submission follows Nokia’s landmark decision to transition to Windows Phone 7 as its smartphone platform.
As previously reported, the Nokia C5 was to be branded as the Nuron 2 and would have featured S60 5th Edition, a 3.2 inch resistive touch display with a resolution of 640 x 360, 5.0 megapixel camera with no flash and video recording at 15 frames per second, Wi-Fi, GPS, a digital compass, quadband GSM/EDGE support and triband 3G, 3.5 mm headphone jack, microUSB port and Bluetooth 2.0.
