Google Nexus S Android Gingerbread Flagship ‘Unearthed’

The world was eagerly awaiting the arrival of the next version of the highly successful Nexus One and Google has finally obliged with the Nexus S, an Android Gingerbread flagship which has been developed in collaboration with Samsung. Google chose HTC to develop the first edition of the Nexus and this time it joined hands with Samsung, which is probably because of the way Samsung shocked the world with the advent of its Galaxy lineage.

Anyway, cutting the long story short, the Nexus S has finally arrived and it will be the first phone to feature the latest Android platform (version 2.3) dubbed the Gingerbread. The Nexus S also features the highly impressive 1GHz Hummingbird processor which combined with the Gingerbread experience, makes the Nexus S a very snappy and fast smartphone to use.

Also, there is a 4-inch Contour Display designed to fit comfortably in the palm of your hand and along the side of your face. Talk about internal memory and the Nexus S can store up to 16GB of data while NFC integration is also on board, which of course is a privilege rendered by the latest Gingerbread platform. The video below let’s you know more about the ‘pure Google’ experience with the Nexus S which arrives with T-Mobile on December 16.
