Motorola Mobility, Inc. today announced the Motorola DEFY a slim, pocketable Android smartphone that comes equipped with advanced Web-browsing capabilities and a 3.7” high-resolution touch screen display that provides edge to edge views of your favorite photos, videos and websites for Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden .
DEFY has been designed to handle everything that life throws your way, because is dust proof and water resistant protecting you from life’s little challenges like a sudden rain shower, spilt drink, or dropping your phone in the sand. It also features a large, resilient display that has outstanding protection against scratch damage. CrystalTalk PLUS vanquishes noisy environments with two microphones which intelligently filter out background noise and amplify your voice so you don’t have to shout.

Availability
Motorola DEFY will be available in Sweden from the beginning of May 2011 from: Telia, TDC, Call Me and DLG; Danish Supermarket and Elgiganten will also offer DEFY in retail.
Motorola DEFY will be available in Finland from the beginning of May 2011 in Elisa operator and retail outlets.
Motorola DEFY is available in Norway from May 2011 from operators including Netcom, Tele2, Chess and Telenor; as well as from retailers including Elkjp, Spaceworld, Expert and Euronics.
Motorola DEFY will be available in Sweden from the beginning of May 2011 from: 3, TeliaSonera, Tele2, The Phone House and Elgiganten.
