PSN fully coming back online, PlayStation Store and all, is beginning to look more and more like a campaign promise. And Sony isn’t even running for office, though given a few years and a Supreme Court ruling or two and we wouldn’t be surprised to see it do just that. It’s certainly got the spin tactics down.
“Starting soon, the PlayStation Network will be inaccessible for several hours for maintenance,” according to Sony’s Nick Caplin. “The server maintenance performed at this time represents a crucial step in the full restoration for PSN, including the PlayStation Store. During this maintenance period, users will be unable to sign in to PSN, though those that are already logged in should be able to remain online.” You heard the man, it’s either go without PSN some more or go without PSN… even longer.
