T-Mobile Expands HSPA+ Availability

T-Mobile has announced that it has expanded its HSPA+ data network to more markets with the addition of Albany, Augusta, Columbus and Macon, GA.; Chattanooga, TN; Champaign, IL.; Lansing, MI.; and Rochester, MN to the list of markets where the faster network is now operational for T-Mobile customers with supported phones and devices, such as the myTouch 4G.

T-Mobile has also confirmed that it plans to have 140 million people covered with its planned 42Mbps HSPA+ upgrade by the middle of the year in 25 markets.
